Our Story
Born from a love of
honest coffee.
Ember & Ground started as a small cart at the Saturday farmers market — just us, a hand-grinder, and an obsession with finding the world's most interesting beans. Six years later, we've grown into a neighbourhood institution, but our philosophy hasn't changed one bit.
Every coffee on our menu is sourced directly from farms we've visited, roasted in small batches, and brewed to order. We believe great coffee is a conversation between the farmer, the roaster, and the barista — and we're honoured to be part of that chain.
